Who makes the best spacers out there?? 2025 Rebel X long to bump my stock wheels out just a little nothing to crazy. We do a lot of highway driving so they need to be SAFE. What’s the best size? Thx

Bora make the best. The size is personal preference and if you want to shorten your wheel studs

Edit: They also make them in steel, the link provided is aluminum

I really don’t want to shorten my wheel studs in case I want to remove them

You may get lucky and the studs will fit in the pockets behind the rim. If not you'll need a 2 inch spacer (give or take). There is a slip on spacer that uses factory studs but that seems hardly worth the effort, think those go up to 0.5 inch

Was thinking 1.5 inch

You'll have to measure the studs and see how long they are, that number escapes me at the moment. If just a little sticks out you might be okay depending on what the backside of the rim is like, some have different pockets than others

I have 1-1/2” and 1-1/4”, both fit on my truck without modification to the lugs or wheels. Soft-sell here, I have them posted on this forum in the Buy/Sell thread:

Why 2 different sizes? Do you know if these will fit a 2025 Rebel X. How far out did they push ur wheels? I’m looking to keep them even with the fender wells not sticking out past them . Thx

The track width is 1/2" wider in the front than the back. So if you want the wheels to be even, you need 1/4" wider spacers for the rear.

If you just want the wheels to be even with the fender flares and not stick out, you will want 3/4" front and 1" rear which will require you to trim your factory lugs. Some have gotten away with the 1" spacers and no trimming, but that depends on your factory wheels and how deep the pocket shown above is. On my Built to Serve, the wheels just touched the lugs with the 1" spacers.
