Wheel spacers on air suspension

I’m thinking of putting on wheel spacers on my ram limited 2021. But it has air suspension would it still drive good?

Much of the answer depends on the thickness of the spacers.
Sometimes, changing the wheel offset/backspacing is preferable, unless you just don't care about your wheel bearings.
