Wheel Setup / Offset Help

I'm looking at changing out the OEM rims to something different but don't want to go wider. I already got the Michelin Defender LTX 275/50R20 that I would swap over. I don't want to really go any wider but I don't really understand the Offset aspect of this. Any help would be great

factory offset on the 20x9 is +19,....so that means +1 offset is 18mm further out than stock (less than 3/4") and will be more flush with the fender


since you are going with the Michelin Defender LTX 275/50R20, I'm assuming you are wanting a city truck stance....so the +1 offset on a 9" rim width is perfectly fine

Thanks for that. I already have the Defenders on it now so didn't want to have the agressive stance with more Offset. I might in the future swap out for the Falken but those should be fine as well.
