Wheel Hub Damage/Rust

Cut me some slack for the dirty wheels but I attached a picture of some minor damage to the wheel hub that has some surface rust.

What should I do about this? Let it be or should I sand and paint over it? If so any recommendations on paint or a method? Truck has less than 2K miles but guess I caught a rock... Should I mention it to the dealer?

I don't think it's a big deal, if you are worried sand the rust off and just put some touch up paint on it.

yep overtime that finish will wear off and just become rusty looking
