Wheel and tires advice.

I’m looking to get new wheels and tires for my ‘21 Bighorn. Currently , I have 20” XD 778 Monster wheels with Nitto NT 420V tires. I’d like to get a set of 22” wheels (preferably polished , chrome or silver brushed) with an off-road type tire (Ridge Grappler , Toyo High Country , BFG KO2’s etc). My truck is not lifted. It’s the stock
height/suspension. How big and wide can I go with tires? And can I run 22”x10” wheels? I don’t want any rubbing in the wheel wells .
