Hi all. New here and new RAM owner. I bought a 2020 1500 limited black edition with the air suspension that came with 22 inch wheels stock. I'd like to change out the wheel and tire combo to run a 20" wheel and a larger tires, in the 275/60/20 range. Is this possible without having to modify suspension or braking parts? Thanks

Yea that should be no issue. Stock wheels were 20”, 22” was an “upgrade” wheel with an extra charge. The stock tire size is 275/55/20, so I don’t think 5mm wider will make any difference.
Look around maybe on Facebook or the forums for someone selling the original 20” wheels.
Unless you want to go aftermarket, that will be another option.
Good Luck

Stock wheels also includes 18”, and the tire you want will be 5% taller on one sidewall, same width.

OP has a Limited. No 18” wheels came on that model. But I would think 18” would work too

How do you like the MTs? Are they the Bajas? How do they handle in the rough weather? They look awesome on your vehicle.
Hi Thank you ! They are Bajas they ride great on the road work good in snow ( Denver ) good in rain Love them.

Yes. I ran 275/60/20 Nitto Recon Grapplers which looked 10x better than stock on my 2022 limited w/air. Zero issues with the size. I hated the tires though, they were loud, had terrible wet traction, and were rough riding at any PSI. But - they looked cool so I put up with all of that for 18 months before I couldn't take it anymore.

Wont be an issue at all, changed my 2020 Limited 22" rims to 20" (same offset) and increased tire size a little over an inch and only minor rubbing at full lock in reverse which happened with the stock setup.
