What is this noise?

My '23 Hemi has developed this noise, not sure if it's a lifter or exhaust manifold leak or something else. It's very rhythmic and seems to be coming from the passenger side of the engine. Varies with RPMs. Any ideas?

Is this only when cold, hot, does it go away after the engine warms up?

Gotcha, it's up to temp and rhythmic which usually doesn't mean a dropped lifter, which tends to have an irregular tick or lifter portion only which tends to go away after a few minutes.

Sounds like an exhaust leak, but not a little one that goes away after it warms up, but maybe a few manifold bolts are broken?

Doesn't sound like the "Hemi tick" from broken exhaust manifold bolts/studs, that tend to take up after warming up. But as SD Rebel said, it could've gotten worse.
It's honestly pretty easy to check for broken manifold bolts. slide under, look for the shield over the manifold, and then see if it's loose. if the engine is cooled off, you can easily move broken studs. I had it happen three times on my 2014. The bolts to the rear tend to get the most heat and are typically the first to go.

It's difficult to diagnose from a video. But I will say that 5th gens seem to have more of a problem with cracked exhaust manifolds than with broken exhaust manifold bolts.
