What is this and where is it supposed to clip to

Hi all, I was cleaning my truck today, got it a couple months ago and noticed this module, dangling under the passenger seat, I was just wondering if someone could take a picture of under their seat so I can attach it back to where it’s supposed to be, there is nothing obvious to where it should clip to. TIA
