Replacing the Temporary Spare tire today and found this with the Jack Kit under the front Passenger seat. What is it???

Fuel funnel, the trucks gas tank has 2 flaps in the fill neck, you'll need this to put gas in from a can.

You need it to put in fuel injector cleaner too

I flew King Air's years ago and that was the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw the fuel funnel.
