What do I get with my Laramie hitch reducer, mats, wiring?

Hello, I bought a new RAM 3500 Laramie which was a loaner with 2700 miles. I noticed it didn’t even have the car mats, hitch reducer, etc.. all I got was a front plate mount. I noticed most of the new vehicles I test drove had a bundle of things in the back seat.

So what am I missing? Thanks
