What are these unused plugs for?

I was changing the oil today and noticed these plugs with covers on the ends. There are two together and they are located on each side of the truck under the front doors. Just curious If anyone knows.

Those were fr the active tuned mass dampeners trucks came with before the supply shortage where they now use the passive ones shown in your picture
 
Hopefully they sealed those off properly to avoid moisture related electrical issues later.
 
They have a cap on them and I’m sure either the cap or plug has a seal of some sort.
 
I’m sure HSKR is right. I remember my 2020 having some sort of box / device in that same area.
