I’ll just leave these pics here, details to follow. In the middle of assembly / installing. So far only issue is the parking sensors; I have to lengthen the harness. Stock pic for reference.

Got her back together, I like the look and this bumper is about 5x thicker steel than the oem. Also added the skid plate. Pretty easy install, I did it by myself. Want to get the fog light kit too that goes on the ends where the mesh is but that kit is $$. One benefit I can see right away is it will be much easier to change the oil filter now, there is more room to work with the active spoiler valence gone.

I do plan on getting some lights for the sides. The Westin kit is like $400, but it bolts right up with the correct angle and stuff. I may get some different led Cubes and fab up my own mounts. I really like yellow fogs which Westin doesn’t make from what I can tell.

I was also thinking g about adding some tow hooks now that the bumper has provisions for them.

I got the westin mounting kit, its bad ***. I opted to get some DOT led fogs to get a legal road use amber pattern down. 9BFB357B-025B-477D-B9C3-6FBB71ADAEBB.jpeg

Got the housings and rigids installed today. Also picked up a set of harbor freight cubes to fill in the other openings. I ended up wiring the rigids directly to the oem fog circuit and it seems to work just fine. No flicker, no weird errors in the truck. I had oem led fogs so i figured the wiring is already setup for LEDs, and it appears to be a correct assumption. Will get some night time pics of the cut-off pattern.

Got the new fogs lined up nice. Really like these rigid fogs.

So I did an oil change today and its much easier to get to the filter with the westin bumper. Before the new bumper I needed to use ramps to get enough clearance to get under there. Now I can do the change no ramps! So a small hidden benefit of the bumper upgrade.

Hello I have same bumper and skid. Question for you….did you purchase the entire “square fog light kit” or were you able to just purchase the mounts without Westin fogs. I already have fog lights I want to install but am not wanting the “entire square fog light kit”. I appreciate your help. Nice looking truck btw!!!

Thanks! I contacted the westin customer service and they informed me you can buy just the housing/bracket kit. It is part number 58-991PK for the square opening kit. Post up a pic of yours! :)
