Weird one-time occurrence - MDS / upshifts too early

Yesterday I experienced a very weird behavior of my 2019 Hemi eTorque. Truck started normally in the morning, but as soon as I started driving (after about a minute) I felt something like misfiring / hesitation during acceleration in lower rpm range. Then the truck started shifting up and turning on MDS way too early. At times I was going 25-27 mph in 5-6th gear with MDS on. Amazingly there was no knocking and the drive was actually quite smooth, it just felt like driving in molasses. It was not a limp mode, I was able to accelerate and maintain higher speeds, just in an extremely lazy manner.
Did three short drives that day, and the next morning the issue was gone. Did a quick scan with ODB tool - no current, pending or historical codes.

Ideas? Similar experiences? Thanks in advance.
