Weather Tech vs Husky mud guards

Thought I would share a comparison in case anyone else is considering.

I bought both sets to compare. Attached pics... husky on left in pics.

Rear - Husky 11.75" wide vs WT 11.25" wide. Amount of guard hanging down Husky 5.5" vs WT 4.5" (as measured in pic).

Front- Husky 12.5" wide vs WT 11.5" wide. Amount of guard hanging down Husky 4.75" vs WT 3" (as measured in pic).

I think most knew Husky were a bit larger so that's how much. As far as feel, both are nice. The Husky are nicer looking and feeling. They are a thicker but softer material and everything just looks nice. The WT are a harder feel...not as flexible. Not as clean looking as Husky as you see from the last pic of the underside of guard.

Both super nice. I'm going with WT only due to size. I want as low profile as possible to just catch splash before it's on my rockers. Will be installing this weekend.

Just got back from dropping off yard waste. We've had a ton of rain lately in Green Bay so muddy puddles everywhere. Had zero mud on rear quarters or rockers. Perfect!

I ordered the husky but they didnt go on my truck. Fitment was not up to my standards on the rear set. Ordered the weathertech and was very happy.

Ordered the Husky front and back set 58146. I have a 2019 Big Horn with factory wheel well liners without fender flares, and the Husky's dont fit right. The section where the double sided tape is where the screw is suppose to go through doesn't sit flush to the liner. I watched youtube video's of them being installed and the one I found being installed on a 2019 DT the liners were smooth. No idea what's going on but I will return the Husky's and get the WeatherTech's.

I have the WeatherTech ones and I like them. Very easy stall and great fit. The hard feel makes them easy to clean in my opinion.

I went with front flaps only and the Husky ones, I think they match the looks of the Rebel the best, almost perfect color match with the dark grey fender moldings and the rounded edges, they (along with WT) hardly touch any part of the body unlike the OEMs.

I recommend if you go with the Husky flaps to not use the doubled sided tape for that final attachment point, use the drill method. It's a tiny hole in the plastic liner no one will ever notice should you remove it for some reason.

anyone in here know how far down the Husky or Weathertech ones go compared to the factory MOPAR ones?? I have factory MOPAR molded flaps on my 2019 Limited, but I look at the rear wheel well fender and the lower quarter has some, a fair amount of road rash, assuming it is from the front wheel and looking for a bit more protection...

Yea, I had the same issue, seems Husky forgot to design a flap for trucks that have rear fender liners but no fender flares. I sent them back, unfortunate as I do like the way they look.
