Weather Stripping Removal from Roof

Has anyone peeled this back to see if there are any mounting/anchoring points underneath it? Better yet, has anyone mounted anything up there that way themselves? I did a search here and on facebook but I'm not finding anything. Would like to add a rack up there for some solar panels as part of an Overland build I'm doing on my 2019 Rebel.

No mounting points underneath. Only little clips to hold the plastic piece on
