Weather app - not working

[Bugs]

when i click on the weather app, a message comes up that i dont have the service...
my truck is 30 days old, and from the being i have had the problem
taken it to 3 dealers, and they dont have a clue, and the same for the 'Blue Button' that is suppose to have all the answers (what a joke the "blue button" is)

anyone have an idea what is wrong

The weather app not working means it is working as designed. I’ve had two Rams with it and it has never worked.

I had a loaner 4 3 days, and the weather app worked, and was very helpful
