Way to ruin Ram Limited Experience with bubbling dashboard!

I agree with that conclusion. Mine didn't separate until I applied a leather treatment product and then it did it within a week. Thankfully I used very little, and my separation is only in two spots and very subtle.
I also agree with that conclusion. When my truck was brand new I bought a gallon of Mopar Total Clean to use to clean the interior. Everything in the interior. I worked very nicely. It was soon after that my dash started bubbling and separating. I came to the conclusion myself that it was likely that product. With my new dash I use only a microfiber cloth VERY lightly dampened with water to wipe my dash clean. My new dash is holding up very well. I still use the Mopar product everywhere but the dash and it works very well. It does an especially good job on the leather seats as it doesn't strip the clear coat off those. I even use it on my BMW leather seats and it cleans them very well also without stripping the clear coat on those. I never put any other leather products on any of my leather in either of my cars because just cleaning them with the Total Clean makes them look like new. I think leather conditioners are a gimmick and don't trust them. Just me.

I had to pay 40%, I'm out of 3/36.
I could buy the dash myself for $502 + tax and shipping then still had to install it myself, my guess is that it would have been right around $600-650.

I paid $602 and Ram paid the rest and installed it, no brainer to me
I hope they do that for me.

I went in and was polite to them and explained that I'd read that Ram admitted the defect int he dash. He didnt even flinch, looked at ikt for literally 2 seconds then put the data in the system and waited for Rams response on what they'd cover.

My suggestion is to go to a known good dealer service center and politley as the very same

It is a new goodwill system they use. There is a catch to goodwill. They will only cover 1 goodwill repair on a vehicle. That means if you engine blows up at 62k miles, there is no option for goodwill.

Good to know.
I have a 7 year unlimited mileage warranty so I'm good on anything mechanical

No dealer in middle Tennessee is concerned about good faith. Franklin Jeep/Ram, Columbia Jeep/Ram neither are interested in making it right. I would suggest not dealing with these people.

Neither is Greenway in Orlando.
