Just curious after watching all of the flooding along the gulf coast, how deep of water can our non-Rebel stock Rams go through without electrical or other damage? How deep have you taken yours?

Technically, per the manual, page 322 of the 2020 model year Ram 1500s...

That's about 5" to 6" or so, for non-ORG/non-Rebel Rams, depending on the exact rims you got.

If you do drive through water that is closer to your ground clearance (on non-ORG and non-Rebel RAMs, thats about 8" for 4x4s at normal height), I'd definitely check all the fluids after you're done, and change any that show water contamination. So many folks make it look like not a big deal in videos, but you rarely see the aftermath (or see that their vehicle is modified for that sort of work).

My wife's Trailhawk has 20" of water fording ability, supposedly, because they have routed vents for the diffs and other drivetrain components above that height.
