I have a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie 5.7. I had the battery out for about a month while I put a new motor in it. Now it is running and the washer fluid light is on even though it's full.
I know from research that Rain X is bad. I have seen a bunch of posts but none that explain the sensor being brand new. I replaced the sensor with a brand new one but the light is still on. The washer pump works though.
I disconnected battery again and touch negative and positive cables together to drain capacitors but the light is still on.
Is there something I'm missing? New sensor is not corroded and should not care immediately what fluid is in there.
