Warn vs Airdesign Fenders

Does anyone knows the difference between Airdesign and Warn fenders? They seem identical! In fact they even use the same photos on their website!

Anyways I won’t install the fenders until I put on my new tire to make sure there is no rubbing. (Ridge Grappler 285x65x20)
