Want to tow my 2019 ram 2500 do i need diodes

Previous towed vehicle wire harnesses had diodes to prevent feedback into the elactrical system do i need them on a 2019 2500 limited?

Probably. You could make up a set of clamp-on temporary lights and wire from a trailer plug if you want to avoid altering the truck, but that doesn't sound like what you have in mind.

If you want to use the existing rear lights, yes I think you should isolate the electrical systems, and diodes is a simple way to do it. May reduce brightness a bit, but usually isn't a problem.

And then there are the brake assist systems, which get more involved and will probably come with instructions and their own diodes or other parts as needed...
