Voltage Drop problem

2019 Ram 1500 has constant voltage drops for no apparent reason. It will fall while idle or just normal driving. This has been an issue for over a year but really only happens in the colder months. Dealership has had it multiple time stating it’s a battery issue but won’t replace the battery pack. Last year they just updated it and no issue for months but then it’s happened again. Anyone else seen this problem?

Do you have Etorque? If not I would check alternator.

Seems I read on here the alternator will drop off charging on the start battery when its charging the etorque battery, so it's normal operation but you may have to replace the 12v battery

I'm having the same issue. Thinking it lost communication somehow and needs reset? Closest thing I could find on Ytube:
