I have now experienced this issue a couple times with Carplay using an Apple iphone 7. The scenario is: I received a text and decided to answer it via the uconnect voice response. While speaking my response another incoming text arrives. At that point the voice prompts stop working. When you are done speaking the response the voice prompt asks if you are ready to send. This never happens during the failed condition nor do any of the other voice prompts work again until the truck is shut off and restarted.
Anyone experienced this issue? If so did you take it to the dealer for repair and what was the resulting solution?
