Vibration

2020 Ram 1500 4x4. Getting a vibration in the rear at 70 plus miles per hour. I set the cruise on 75 vibration will come and go. I feel it in the seat. Under 70 I don't feel it. I don't think it would be a tire out of balance since it comes and goes at the same speed. But I'm going to rotate them just to be sure. Any ideas?
