I'd try dropping the air pressure and see how it feels. The difference between 39 (recommended) and 36 (where I run them) is noticeable in the rear. I run the fronts at the recommended 39.

I’m thinking about putting the Coopers on it this spring

It’s my first Jeep Wrangler we bought last fall. A 1999 Sahara edition with 51,000 miles
