Looking at a used '21 Ltd with the longer bed and air ride suspension. Mileage is 81,000 kilometers. How have the new gen air ride suspensions held up in Canada? This one is in a particularly colder Northern Ontario city.
By the way has every single option excluding Ram Boxes so I guess would be a/s and sunroof leaking? Hemi tick isn't an issue if you delete MDS right? And how bad would the cam lobes up at 81,000 assuming the eco mode did work here?
i've generally heard that the air ride suspensions for this generation is much better than the previous generation, but i can't say i have any personal experience with that since i specifically opted to not get the air ride just in case due to cold weather in alberta
my general understanding, although there is conflicting information, is that MDS is not related to the lifter hemi tick and is instead related to excessive idling of the engine. happy to be given any evidence to prove this wrong though
Biggest issue I had with my 2015 Limited with 4 corner was the air ride…it was in the shop 4-5 times over an 8 year span I owned it. Cold weather always brought out the gremlins.
I’ve only had my 23 for a little over a year, just turned 18K miles, and I’m hoping the newer gen doesn’t have the same issues my last one did. But… I picked up Max Care, just in case. It’s the primary reason for me doing so.
I’m in metro Detroit, so cold during the winter…but not northern Canada cold
