USB mini B connector under bench seat

Anyone know what this mini usb connector under the middle seat of my bench seat is for? Thanks in advance.

I’m trying to find something to plug it into, I haven’t removed any trim yet but seems to be a short cable and just one that comes out on the passenger side of the center seat. I’ll update once I find something. Thanks

It may not connect to anything that your vehicle was equipped with. Manufactures have a history of using one harness for all trim levels and options.

So finally got a female mini usb B connector and it does have power as I plugged my phone into it. So possible where a level 2 with the bench seat supplies power to charging points in the rear.

is it split loom tubing covering the wire or the hem tesa cloth tape? if its loom, it might be some stupid dealer installed tracker. seeing more and more of that cheesy crap show up in vehicles. does it go to a factory harness? i'd be leary of split loom tubing, or shiny vinyl black tape, as it doesn't get used much by the factory

Yes, just wondering if there’s a harness to run from that usb to make the connections for the usb hub that’s in the back of the center seat on the level 2 trucks.
