USB Media Hub location and need?

Getting ready to order a 2020 RAM 3500 Laramie. The level 2 equipment group indicates a "USB Media Hub" which level 2 does not have. Can someone tell me where these USB ports are placed (on dash or inside center console?) and if I don't get this, how many USB ports will I have if any? And what about 12V plugs and 110V plugs? Will I still get these without the media hub?

The usb hub is right under the push levers for turning off traction co trol, turning on two mode, etc. it includes 2 USB ports, 2 USB-C ports, and a 3.5mm jack.

the 12v cigarette outlet is located in the dash above the radio.

Thanks, but what I also need to know is if I do not get this option, will I have any USB ports at all? Maybe inside the center console like my 2016 Laramie 2500 has?

I assume yes. There’s still two of them inside of the center console as well. But I can’t say for sure, since I have the level 2
