Upper control arm/knuckle - should i run it or replace it

Had some new coilovers and uppers put on and didn't realize til after I got an alignment that there was some damage to the top of the knuckle. Looks to have used a jaw puller on ball joint and left a few indents in the knuckle. I live in Ohio so I have the salt. I was worried it will get worse over time due to corrosion. Is this something I should replace or am I being overly paranoid?

Its fine the knuckles aluminum anyways a slight gouge isn’t going to compromise it.

Here is another pic of the chipped off piece, looks to have a small hairline crack or fatigue slightly further back from the chip.
