Upgrading and 8.4 touch to an 8.4 with nav

I have a question for the more knowledgeable in the group. What do I need to up grade an 8.4 touch screen to 8.4 nav is it just a radio module and keep the same screen I have or do I need to switch the screen out as well?

You will need a new screen, module and a few other misc... definitely an LVDS cable(LINK) and an adapter from @Jimmy07.
