upgraded radio and now defrost and heat are constantly on

I have a 2020 ram 2500 cummins tradesman. I recently obtalned a whole radio and ac controls from a big horn. I wanted to see if it could just plug and play but no go. I went from a 5. something to the 8.4 with dual zone climate control. When started up the defrost comes on and the heat as well. I have the Alfa obd but not sure if I can make some changes in there for this swap over to work?

Use AlfaOBD to set VehConfig 3: HVAC Configuration to Dual Zone ATC, and that should make the temp controls behave better.
