Upgrade tires without spacers or lift

2020 Ram Laramie Night with 22” wheels. I would like to change Stock 285|45|22 to 305|45|22 but wasn’t sure if I would need leveling struts on front to make these fit.
Planning on it eventually but need to replace tires now.

I had seen that video as well. I don’t have the air ride for the different heights but given the numbers it does look it should work

I put 285/55/R22 on my stock 20' Laramie Night Edition, non ORP. and they fit.
Now the 305 is wider, but it should be fine. Worst case you may need to heat and bend, snip, or zip tie back a tiny flap of wheel well liner on the fronts.
