I have a 2023 Tradesman without audio contols on the back of the steering wheel. I found a steering wheel on ebay from a 2022 Big Horn with audio controls. I would have to swap the air bag but do I also need to purchase any additional cables or would it be plug and play? Thanks.

The harness part number is what you need to look at that is within the steering wheel. Tradesman are the only ones that could get a harness that allows most of the steering wheel buttons to work but back button and seek forward don't work. This is what works for 24 and down. 2025s are new can architecture.
As for the 2025. There are a few part numbers for the steering wheel harness.
