Update now screen issues

Did the update that was pushed this morning now I have a blue/yellow bar through the middle of my screen. Can barely use the backup camera because it’s so murky. This system is garbage. Anyone else have this issue?

Their updates can also kill batteries and get stuck in boot loops like what happened on mine. The Uconnect when working is great, but I get extremely nervous when there is an update. Mine has to get another new radio put in.

Mine did the update and screen is black not working, dont know it its related but my lane assist is lit up. wasnt
before. Dont do the update !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a new 3500 Friday drove it home. Black screen when I put it in reverse. Looks like this is junk. I truly expected better. Is it only ther Uconnect ? Or am I in for failures with the mechanical systems guys? The 04 3rd fen had zero defects except two recalls in 17 years. Has anybody reported of these issues as possible recalls? Back to the dealer. 36 miles.

Went for a short trip and entered in a destination, everything working fine. 10 miles later the system did not notify me of the upcoming turn, went to the Nav screen and it said something about acquiring location. While this was happening also noticed that the Wifi and internet connection was not working. The system never worked again during our 8 hour round trip. I tried shutting the truck off and letting it rest (15 minutes or so) and it never started working. I called my dealer and he said most likely an update was done and the truck needed to be stopped long enough to go into "sleep mode" to reset (like over night)! If that didn't correct it, it was most likely the receiver/transmitter that was defective and would need replaced. I said there was no other way to reset it? He said only to disconnect the battery terminals from the battery and then touch the leads together. He said that would cause all of my settings to be erased. In trying to get help it tried pushing the Blue button but as you might assume it could not connect. What if I had been in a accident and wanted to use the RED button, would it also not work? Seems like a terrible way to manager the system. I don't believe I had the option to update or not. We drive around town all the time and the truck sits in the garage every night, why not update then not when I actually am using the system? I got rid of my 2019 Chevy Silverado for crap like this hoping the Ram would be better.

Used my truck on March 29 like previous members and my Nav and uconnect services went out also. did not get an update.

Update on my GPS and uconnect going out ,dealer says it needs a whole new radio and will be a least 30 days. Still waiting for reply from FCA on back window crack/leak.
