Update Failed

This showed on my 12” UC5 unit today. This is the second time I’ve seen this page come up lately. My camera system stopped working a while back. Wonder if I have a bad unit. Everything else seems to be working ok.

That happened to mine a while back and caused the radio to not turn off with the ignition off door open, had to push the power button every time. I ended up manually updating with a usb and all has been fine since

How did you manually update? The Uconnect site says this cannot be done. It also says my unit is up-to-date and there are no updates available.

• Model Year 2020-2024 systems are updated over-the-air or at a certified Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® or Ram, FIAT®Brand dealership only. These model years will not have the latest USB updates available for customer download.

I was able to obtain 27.46 and load it on a usb. It was an update compared to the level I had previously. It said it was up to date on the website and it really wasn’t.

Oh. I have three safety recalls I need done, and at least one of them has something to do with the camera system. I guess I’ll have the stealership update the radio when they do the recalls.
