Anyone has experienced while changing lanes at approximately 40 mph, the vehicle has, on more than one occasion, suddenly steered itself back in the opposite direction.? It feels as though the steering wheel momentarily locks or resists control, with the wheels responding unpredictably. This issue is especially alarming as it threatens lane stability and driver confidence.

I have that lane keeping feature or whatever Ram calls it on my 2025 Laramie and at first it was sort of bothersome-the steering wheel giving a minor and very unexpected jerk. At first I disabled the feature-there is a button on the upper dash to allow you to do that, but after I got used to the way the truck handled without it, I turned it back on and worked through it. It no longer bothers me.

Yep, lane keeping feature.
Took me time to adjust to it also.

I have noticed that on certain lane strips the sensors fail to recognize the lane strip. Then after awhile it starts to engage better by not overly correcting harshly rather it moves the steering much slower to the center of the lane.I know their was a lot of TSB software updates that just came out.

The system is trying to protect you from...you. It assumes you are drifting lanes unintentionally and is trying to "lane keep". As baltorex said, once you turn on your turn signal the system then decides the lane change is intentional and no longer engages.

I have noticed somewhat weird steering behavior when passing with the quick steering motions required for the maneuver. All the lane nanny features are off. It happens with or without blinkers.
Unless the systems decided I still needed them because of my driving habits. It doesn't feel like the lane features though. I noticed those immediately and turned them off, but it still could be.

I've just observed the behavior of OP. It doesn't really make sense. Not worth letting my truck sit at the dealership waiting for someone to figure it out.
