Uconnect subscription server issue

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the server for Ram Connect subscriptions? I am trying to purchase the sub for my new truck and I get screen with a rotating Ram logo and it never allows me to continue to payment info.

you can not set it up until you have your truck
then the dealer sets you up for the amount you get free

contact dealer and see if they turned it on
