uconnect problem

hi i upgraded my uconnect to 4c, after replace and enter anti theft code when vehicle off for 15 minuts , when position in the Acc , show message
( radio lock please run vehicle) , radio back normal on on/RUN
Sometimes radio remaining powered up after the ignition has been turned off

I believe I saw a TSB that addresses the radio staying on after the ignition is turned off. Check the list posted on this forum. It was sometime back in July I believe. Maybe someone else has the number?
