Uconnect Phone calls

I own a 2019 ram Laramie and when I'm on a call the quality is pretty bad. A lot of static and or choppy. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I had a person on the phone say its pretty bad quality too. Vome from a mopar 15 jeep, which no one could tell i was on hand free.

No issues on my phone either. Sound quality is good.

Yep. Craptastic phone sound. On file with dealer as official complaint, my 2016 Rebel had perfect phone reception.

I have the same issues where the call quality is choppy, and staticy. Any resolutions on this?
