Yes that is normal, press and hold then drag to one of the 6 quick launch places at the bottom of the screen.

I think the OP is referring to one of the apps listed called "Market" ... Interesting, I will need to check my 8.4 w/Nav to see if it is there.

It is quite a process to set up but will see if it works

12 inch screen

You should have it, though my experience (8.4 NAV) is that it's only available when you have a cellular signal. It can take a little while after turning on the truck before the icon shows up.
