Uconnect is staying on not turning off like it is supposed to

My 8.4 uconnect is not turning off when it is supposed to. It also turns on randomly.
Any one else have this isdue

It will turn on randomly and the only way to turn it off is to push the 2 left side steering wheel buttons at the same time
Also won't shut off when you open the door when truck is shut off
Still have problem with radio shutting down and can only restart it when you push left side steering.wheel buttons at the same time.
Help!!!

Still not quite sure what you mean?

Do you drive around with the system off a lot and then it just suddenly turns on? r do you turn your truck off and then walk out every few minutes to see if your radio etc turned on?
