Uconnect 5 upgrade - camera issues?

So a bit of a backstory. I have a 2019 Ram Powerwagon - it had all of the surround cameras etc and that all worked. Last year our truck was stolen so I figured it would be a good time for insurance to upgrade us to UConnect5. So I bought the infotainment kit and it's been fine except for one piece: no camera works. I see no cameras even on the screen under vehicle and even with alfaobd settings to enabled - I still see nothing.

I got a new CVPM that was installed (by the dealer) at the time, so in theory, that should be okay (I'd imagine). Where should I go from here? It's been an annoying thing for me and would love to have our surround cameras working again.

EDIT for more context - I have followed all of @vincentw56 and @Jimmy07 threads that I think I can find.

The largest issue (which I assume is has something to do with all of my pain points) is on the actual headunit I never even see vehicle cameras as an option under vehicle & when connecting to the CVPM it just fails when trying to calibrate.

So current state:
- all OG equipment from surround/cargo/front/rear etc cameras
- new CVPM from a newer RAM
- new Infotainment Uconnect5 system
- Can't calibrate with alfaobd
- no cameras (not even reverse)

For anyone reading, curious what the best reverse diagnostic path there is to validate (these did work completely fine on the Uconnect4 system).
