Uconnect 4 Update

Hi All, new to me, Used Ram owner here(2021 1500 -Uconnect 8.4, UAM base 6 speaker system)

Struggling pretty hard with the overall sound quality, seems to be a slight hiss on radio, car play and Sirius.

Curious if anyone could confirm or instruct if there is an update I can do that may help? I already ordered new kickers for the dash in hopes it would round the harsh high a bit.

I attached screenshots in the hopes the smart people here may be able to guide me.

I've had some issues with the radio in the past, where I had to take it in. It would freeze or completely glitch and freeze. The dealership at the time was able to replicate it and was told from Ram to factory reset it and update the uconnect software, which they did. Unfortunately, I didn't know this was the start of the power issue.

I do not have any accessories plugged in to any outlets. So, I am hoping that replacing the radio will solve the issue. I did take a multimeter and confirm there is a large draw and it goes away when I pull the radio fuse. Until the radio comes in, I am disconnecting the negative battery terminal to ensure the battery doesn't get cooked.

Ah I see. At least it's been narrowed down to the source. Let us know how the new radio behaves.
