(2020 RAM 1500 Big Horn, 12" Uconnect 4C)
I know there has been a million post on these upgrades. I've done what I can to install the new connect 5 module and screen.
All the appropriate cables are attached and ive ran ann OBD programmer. when tested the wire harness leading to the screen is getting power but the screen, AC/Heat controls, volume/tuner knobs are not working. The bottom traction control, parking sensor do work and USB plugs.
I verified with the previous owner the screen works I did notice that the cables on the "adapter kit" to go from 4C to 5 don't color match.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
