UConnect 4 and front dash issues

I've seen threads in here about my 2 main issues I'm having but they were old and I'm curious if anyone knows if Ram has released patches or updates to Uconnect to fix these:
1) Uconnect issue regarding apple carplay - iphone plugged in via USB and will disconnect from carplay at random. It looked like in prior threads many said resets helped. Is this still the case or is there a patch for this now? For reset should I take to dealer as I dont have a Tazer?
2) Front dash will reset display theme - I noted in prior threads it looked like a glitch but I'm curious if anyone knows if a patch exists for this yet. If not, how did yall overcome this?

Bump. Has anyone had any luck at dealer with the 2019 8.4” uconnect systems? Is there a patch or just reset to fix this?

I took it in about a week ago with the 2 different theme issue and they said that was the 1st they have heard of it so doesnt sound too promising
