Good evening everyone!
I am going through my truck trying to get all of the little issues fixed up. I bought the truck used in 2024 and don't think the Uconnect software has ever been updated. The wifi option (as shown on Uconnect's website) for Over the Air updates is non-existent. Furthermore, the Uconnect website seems to be unmaintained and does not provide updates anymore. When trying to contact services via phone, the automated systems just keeps looping to the beginning.
So, does anyone here have the actual update files for the unit to do a USB update? If not, is the updates really worth paying for at the dealership? Like any new features that are added to the system? I can't even change the background on it currently. Thanks
