I had a similar experience when i changed the wheels and tires. I found i had to push the lower part of front inner wheels well over the lip of the frame to give me a little more clearance. Once i did that I did not get any rubbing sound again.

Got it back from the dealer. The wheel fender cover was not installed correctly at the factory. Uninstalled and then reinstalled. Hope this is the only thing not installed correctly!
