Aside from AlphaOBD, there isn't a way to disable this feature. Those of us who have installed aftermarket higher power fogs have one other option. I disconnected them from the factory harness and rewired them to the upfitter switches. Now I have independent control of the super bright BD Squadrons via the factory switch in the center console.
