But when the dealer selects the etorque engine it won’t let them select the pano roof. Do you still get the start stop feature with the non etorque motor?

No stop and go on the non-eTorque V-8. I don't miss it. Had it on a Jeep Cherokee and hated it.

eTorque start/stop is COMPLETELY different from the Jeep and anything else on the market right now.
