Out of curiousity does anyone know if the trx rim will fit a laramie sport? I just found a killer deals on them locally and wanted to see if this is something i should pull the trigger on

Nice, will grab them tomorrow quite excited for this steal haha

This has been covered before. The tire will hit the upper control arm unless you use wheel spacers.

Jack, I would pick them up. I'm seeing the width and offset on these are the same as a lot of the other trims. Dry fit one, if it hit's your upper control arm them just get spacers or put them up for sale. A lot of people said 35x12.50 on my factory rims would not work with out spacers or a lift and they fit mine just perfectly. :)

Tire will only hit if using the TRX tires. Tires size was not mentioned in the original post. You should be fine with a skinnier tire.

Excuse the dirty truck, it's been raining past couple days 😩.

Now I just gotta firgure out how to get the black out etorque hood bezel molding for the sport hood and I will be finish with the exterior

Did you need wheel spacers? if not can you take a pic of the clearance between your tire and the upper control arm. :)

Seems to fit fine with just enough room left over. I havnt notice any issue witb steering and dude who put it on didnt mentioned anything in regards to it

Fixed it for you.

Question... i been looking at getting spacers for the wheels just because the tires are quite close to the UCA within the above pics. I can fit a piece of paper between em but i cant get my whole finger in past it ( prob just the tip of my finger). Anyhow, this wouldnt cause any issues right? as long as theres clearance i should be fine? I havnt noticed any rubbing or shakes or anything while driving.

No just get a good quality hub centric spacer are you should be good.

Let us know how did it go & what spacer did you go with ??

They look amazing BTW, since almost all shocks are out of stock I've just got the 3" levelling kit spacer with 2" rear and will be installing 295/70/18.

I'm curious of this as wel if you did end up getting spacers. Planning to pick up some TRX wheels this week hopefully. Id prefer no spacers so may go with 275/70R18 tires, maybe that will give me a little more space between the control arms.
